Nexus is a product of IK Studios. This product notice should be read with the IK Studios Privacy Policy, which sets out the controller details, company-level data categories, retention principles, international transfers, and how to make a privacy request:

How Nexus fits (hosted / mixed)

The Nexus desktop, web, and mobile surfaces use IK-operated services for functions such as authentication, onboarding, support, audit, and device linking. That means IK Studios may act as:

• Controller for IK's own sales, website, licensing, support-relationship, account-administration, and security-administration data (covered by the Privacy Policy above).
• Processor for customer-directed tenant / workforce data in the hosted service, under a Data Processing Agreement: https://ikstudios.nl/legal/dpa.html

Data minimisation and client records

Nexus is designed to collect and retain only what is needed for the relevant service. A client record may contain the business identity, authorised contact details, account owner, service or billing status, and factual history needed for a real sales, provisioning, account-management, or support relationship.

It must not be used for behavioural profiling or speculative personal notes, and it must not become a copy of tenant content, credentials, mailboxes, or customer financial information. Support notes are restricted to the recorded service need and are reviewed under the applicable retention schedule.

Rights and privacy requests

Where applicable, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, object to certain processing, or withdraw consent. Send a request to privacy@ikstudios.nl. We may verify identity and, for a business workspace, authority before acting. Requests about customer-controlled tenant data are normally handled with the customer controller.

Subprocessors

Current providers are listed at https://ikstudios.nl/legal/subprocessors.html. New processors and international transfers require the approved contractual safeguards and release review before they are enabled.
